Couples who want a waterfront wedding with a clear budget. The flat 8-hour rental means your caterer is a separate cost you control — pick a preferred caterer and the $1,000 galley fee disappears. Generous inclusions (AV, tables, chairs, rehearsal, on-site attendant) keep rental extras low. Trade-off: the dock is shared with rowers and closed Nov–Feb.
